Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Executive Producer to join our team on-site in Katowice or remotely from anywhere in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the production of Double-A game developed by a team of 70-90 professionals.
- Implementing and maintaining Lean/Agile methodologies throughout the project development process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Investigating the parameters of a given product development objective and identifying key questions, establishing a minimum timeline, setting a target budget, and pinpointing risk areas.

Performing a cost/benefit analysis. Report the feasibility of moving forward and the minimum features necessary for successfully meeting the overall business objectives.

Driving the creative and technical product planning and development processes for an extensive feature set or a software functionality; negotiating and recommending the most suitable development methodologies and technologies.

Directly managing a development effort in collaboration with a team of primary stakeholders from each relevant discipline, ensuring that development processes are as efficient as possible to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
- Focusing on high-level issue/implementation resolutions with all discipline managers that intersect with production, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Consistently communicating the vision, goals, and context around key decisions to ensure that the team remains engaged, focused, and committed to delivering a successful project.
- Being readily available and suitably prepared for any internal or external project discussions or presentations organized by Management or the team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the game industry as a producer or project manager.
- A minimum of 2 credited commercially released Triple-I/Double-A titles.
- Ability to lead coordination and planning decisions with team members and stakeholders, resulting in a clear feature strategy.
- Ability to make tough decisions or compromises when evaluating project drivers such as quality, cost, and time.
- Ability to clearly explain compromises to the team, ensuring understanding and respect for decision criteria and context.
- Ability to make decisions based on qualitative judgment, drawing from industry experience or end user preferences.
- Effective communication skills in various settings and formats, including one-on-one, group discussions, email, and documentation.
- Ability to judge when to focus on tactical details/issues or shift to overall project management strategy and goals.
- Ability to coordinate responsibilities between disciplines/stakeholders, providing consistent leadership and motivation.
- Ability to negotiate project support requirements and priorities with stakeholders.
- Demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and self-sufficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in an organized manner.
- Maintaining high level of professionalism when collaborating with colleagues and representing the company publicly.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
- Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level).
Nice to have:
- Ability to coach Producers (junior and specialist seniority levels) by providing advice in their assigned areas, leading troubleshooting efforts, finding resolutions, and estimating required time/effort for their work areas.
- Education in related fields, such as video game development or project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian and Office 365 tools.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level).

Salary:
- 16 000 - 24 000 PLN net/month - B2B
- 13 400 – 20 000 PLN gross/month – employment contract
